We are the Click-2-Buy tool (“Click-2-Buy Software“) supplier. Click-2-Buy Software allows the Internet users to purchase products that interest them quickly. The products are displayed on IINE partners’ publishers websites (here you may find a list of our partners: http://iine.pl/publisher/), i.e. after clicking on the product displayed on IINE partner’s publisher website, the Internet user will be redirected directly to one of IINE’s partners online shops, where the Internet user can buy a product that interests him. IINE’s cookies are also used for this purpose (i.e. IINE’s cookies enable the use of Click-2-Buy Software). Cookies collect the following information about the Internet user: the address of the website from which the Internet user came to our site, information about products that interested the Internet user and when clicked on, to which the IINE’s partner online shop the Internet user were redirected to, and information whether the Internet user consented to the use of IINE’s cookie. On the other hand, Software Click-2-Buy collects personal data of the Internet user in the following scope: IP (i.e. a computer’s Internet Protocol), date and time, when the Internet user clicked on the product that interested the Internet user, information about the device the Internet user is using (i.e. browser the Internet user is using, time zone, operating system, language, screen resolution of the device), and if the Internet user purchases a product in IINE’s partner online shop (here you may find a list of IINE’s partners online shops: http://iine.pl/affiliates) – information about the products purchased by the Internet user, the date of purchase, the price, the transaction ID created by IINE’s partner online shop. If the Internet user does not agree to the use of cookies, neither cookies nor Click-2-Buy Software will not collect the Internet user’s personal data. Cookies are stored for a maximum period of 3 months. Data collected by IINE’s cookies (and cookies themselves) and Click-2-Buy Software can be disclosed by IINE to: IINE partners’ publishers websites (here you may find a list of our partners: http://iine.pl/publisher/), IINE’s partners online shops (here you may find a list of IINE’s partner online shops: http://iine.pl/affiliates), IT service providers, hosting providers, entities providing legal services and entities and bodies authorized to process this data on the basis of legal provisions.
